Harry Warren, Inc. is viewed by many as the premier manufacturers’ representative organization in the plumbing industry in Florida. The reason can be linked back to Harry Warren himself. During his tenure, Mr. Warren set the highest standards for quality performance and superior service. The principles and examples that Mr. Warren employed still exist in the agency that bear his name today.

Experience and sound judgment are qualities that are developed overtime. When Harry Warren first began Harry Warren, Inc. in 1968 he had high expectations that his business would be successful. His vision of success began with hard work, honesty, and integrity. Those expectations remain our core principles today.

Following in Harry’s footsteps, Leigh and Bob Mycoff, Harry’s daughter, and son-in-law, purchased the company in 1990.  They took the foundation that Harry created and grew the organization into what it is today. Harry Warren Inc. is now a high performing sales organization representing some of the best plumbing manufacturers in the industry. As the company has stuck to the highest standards of quality performance and superior service instilled in the company by Harry, we have grown to more than 50 employees, with five warehouses covering the state. Harry Warren, Inc. is still family-run, with the second and third generations of Harry’s family in the business today.

The original agency was founded with the goal of making sure customer satisfaction and market growth were synonymous with the Harry Warren name. As we have continued to grow, we have remained focused on that vision.

In our industry it is the skills and the experience of the sales team which are critical ingredients in the success of an agency. Good managers must surround themselves with talented, well-trained, and highly motivated people who are properly supported by a sound financial structure of a business.
