Harry Warren welcomes Andressa Franca, MHR as new Human Resources Manager

We’re thrilled to announce the newest addition to the Harry Warren team — Andressa Franca, MHR, who joins us as our Human Resources Manager.

Andressa is a strategic and results-driven HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment, compliance, employee training, and talent development. She holds degrees from University of Central Florida and Rollins College, and is currently pursuing her SHRM certification, further demonstrating her commitment to professional growth and excellence in human resources.

With a passion for building strong, connected, and thriving workplaces, Andressa brings a unique blend of expertise and empathy to her role. She is actively involved in the HR community—mentoring peers, volunteering, and sharing insights to help shape better workplace cultures.

Originally from Brazil, Andressa offers a global perspective and vibrant energy that enriches our team. Her leadership style is grounded in faith, integrity, and compassion, making her a trusted partner in fostering a positive employee experience.

Outside of work, Andressa enjoys pickleball, gardening, travel, beach days, and spending quality time with family and friends.
